EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 

The Cub Club Youth Organization is a community program providing mentorship for middle and high school students in the Camden County, GA area. OUR goal is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote academics, strong interpersonal skills, and a healthy lifestyle. The organization addresses the health, social, recreational, and logistical needs of the most vulnerable students in our community.

SOLUTION SUMMARY

We believe that this project will introduce programs and recourses to our underserved population in the Camden County area. As a result, we anticipate a rise in academics, a coalition of young leadership, and a generation that is intentional about their overall health. While building personal relationships, we expect to significantly decrease disciplinary issues due to the lack of community mentorship. We plan to increased diversity among our club members to reflect the changing demographics of the cities we serve, and improved quality of life for those students.
